NOVELTY - Preparation of biomimetic micro-patterned aqueous polyurethane-inorganic nanocomposite material coating, involves dispersing two-dimensional inorganic nano powder in a low boiling point organic solvent (A) and ultrasonically dispersing for 20-30 minutes to form a dispersion, dispersing the dispersion in an aqueous polyurethane emulsion under high-speed stirring, adding a low-boiling organic solvent (B) with an evaporation rate lower than the low-boiling organic solvent (A), stirring at room temperature for 20-30 minutes to obtain an aqueous polyurethane-inorganic nanocomposite emulsion, and pouring into a mold and drying in an oven. USE - Preparation of biomimetic micro-patterned aqueous polyurethane-inorganic nanocomposite material coating. ADVANTAGE - The evaporation rate of two solvents (A) and (B) is different, and the inorganic nano powder and the aqueous polyurethane form a contraction through molecular self-assembly and interface self-organization to prepare a bionic bottom-up micro-patterned aqueous polyurethane-inorganic nano composite coating.
