▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing high volume specific capacitance graphene involves: (1) evenly dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water to obtain graphene oxide dispersion; (2) adding a metal ion salt to the graphene oxide dispersion, uniformly mixing, solid-liquid separating, and drying; and (3) heat treating the dried product, washing with water until the ion concentration of the supernatant is less than 10-3 mol/L, and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing high volume specific capacitance graphene (claimed) used in energy storage device such as supercapacitor. ADVANTAGE - The method: provides graphene, which has high volume specific capacitance, bulk density and volume ratio, and excellent multiplying power performance and cycle stability; is low in cost; uses simple device, and wide source of raw materials; and utilizes metal cation-assisted heat treatment of graphene oxide to obtain graphene materials with extremely high packing density. The graphene surface has relatively high content of electrochemically active oxygen-containing groups to provide pseudocapacitance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the graphene having a stacking density of 0.9-1.7 g/cm3 and a volume ratio capacitance of 200-520 F/cm3.
