NOVELTY - A graphene epoxy zinc-rich coating comprises 50-70 pts. wt., preferably 60 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 2-8 pts. wt., preferably 5 pts. wt. graphene slurry, 40-60 pts. wt., preferably 50 pts. wt. zinc powder, 5-10 pts. wt., preferably 7 pts. wt. talc powder, 2-5 pts. wt., preferably 3.5 pts. wt. anti-settling agent, 30-40 pts. wt., preferably 35 pts. wt. polyamide curing agent, 5-10 pts. wt., preferably 8 pts. wt. film-forming adjuvant, and 20-40 pts. wt., preferably 30 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - Graphene epoxy zinc-rich coating. ADVANTAGE - The graphene epoxy zinc-rich coating has no agglomeration of graphene powder. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the coating, which involves mixing the epoxy resin, polyamide curing agent, film-forming adjuvant, and deionized water, adding zinc powder, talc powder, graphene slurry, and anti-settling agent, dispersing at high speed for 30 minutes, and filtering.
