▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An oxygen-nitrogen co-doped graphene photocatalyst comprises nitrogen atom doped on the surface of the graphene and inside the crystal lattice, and oxygen atom grafted on the surface of the graphene in the form of an oxygen-containing functional group comprising carboxy group, carbonyl group and/or hydroxy group. USE - Oxygen-nitrogen co-doped graphene photocatalyst used for treating organic dye wastewater (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The photocatalyst is environmentally-friendly, and has excellent photocatalytic activity. The method is simple and economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the graphene photocatalyst, which involves adding metal phthalocyanine to a mixed solution of an acid and pyridine, reacting at 100-150 degrees C for 10-18 hours to obtain metal-free phthalocyanine, placing metal-free phthalocyanine in a quartz tube furnace, carrying out temperature-programmed sintering to obtain nitrogen-doped graphene, adding nitrogen-doped graphene into mixed acid, reacting under ultrasonic conditions at 40 kHz at 25-60 degrees C for 10-150 minutes, diluting, washing using deionized water, and drying at 40-60 degrees C for 12-48 hours.
