▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/polymer-composite material comprises: (i) adding graphene oxide in water, ultrasonically dispersing at 10-100 degrees C temperature for 15 minutes-5 hours, or mechanically grinding, dispersing and peeling to obtain graphene oxide aqueous solution, adding graphene oxide aqueous solution in polymer emulsion, ultrasonically or mechanically mixing and demulsifying to obtain graphene oxide/polymer particles suspension; and (ii) adding a reducing agent in graphene oxide/polymer particles suspension, reducing at 20-100 degrees C for 1-72 hours, filtering and drying in an oven. USE - The composite material is useful in the fields of molded materials with high-strength, conductive material, heat conducting material, electromagnetically shielded material or damping material (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene/polymer-composite material comprises: (i) preparing graphene oxide/polymer particles suspension, adding graphene oxide (0.1-30 parts by wt.) in water (10-3000 parts by wt.), ultrasonically dispersing at 50-500 W of power, 10-100000 Hz frequency and 10-100 degrees C temperature for 15 minutes-5 hours, or mechanically grinding for 15 minutes-5 hours or 1-48 hours, dispersing and peeling to obtain graphene oxide aqueous solution, adding graphene oxide aqueous solution in polymer emulsion (100 parts by wt.) with 10-70% of solid content, ultrasonically or mechanically mixing continuously, adding 5-100% of a demulsifier (1-100 parts by wt.) and demulsifying to obtain the graphene oxide/polymer particles suspension, where there is atleast one layer of graphene oxide; and (ii) adding a reducing agent (0.1-100 parts by wt.) in graphene oxide/polymer particles suspension, reducing at 20-100 degrees C for 1-72 hours, filtering, drying in an oven at 20-100 degrees C for 2-72 hours, or drying in a vacuum oven at 20-120 degrees C at 0.1-0.01 MPa for 2-48 hours. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a graphene/polymer composite material prepared by the above mentioned method.
