▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/nickel-zinc-cerium-iron oxide nano-absorbing material comprises (i) adding nickel(II) nitrate hexahydrate, zinc nitrate hexahydrate, cerium nitrate hexahydrate and iron(III) nitrate nonahydrate into aqueous solution of citric acid, stirring, adding ethylene glycol solution, stirring and adding ethylenediamine, heating and evaporating to obtain the gel, drying and sintering to obtain powder; and (ii) dropping the graphite oxide in N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) into the powder containing DMF solution, adding hydrazine hydrate, reacting, cooling, washing and vacuum drying. USE - The method is useful as supercapacitor material, electrode material and microwave-absorbing material. ADVANTAGE - The absorbing material: has good wave absorbing performance and has absorbing loss of 12.2 GHz and can reach up to -38dB. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene/nickel-zinc-cerium-iron oxide (Ni(0.8)-Zn(0.2)-Ce(0.06)-Fe(1.94)-O(4)) nano-absorbing material comprises (i) adding analytically pure nickel(II) nitrate hexahydrate, zinc nitrate hexahydrate, cerium nitrate hexahydrate and iron(III) nitrate nonahydrate into aqueous solution of citric acid, stirring at 75 degrees C to form clear solution, transforming into metal ion-citric acid complex solution, adding 7.025 ml of ethylene glycol solution, dispersing uniformly, stirring and adding ethylenediamine, adjusting pH to neutral, heating at constant temperature and evaporating to obtain the gel, drying the gel, then pre-sintering the dry gel for 3 hours at 400 degrees C and sintering at 800 degrees C for 2 hours to obtain Ni(0.8)-Zn(0.2)-Ce(0.06)-Fe(1.94)-O(4) powder; and (ii) respectively dissolving graphite oxide and the resulting powder in N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF), ultrasonic processing to dissolve completely, dropping the graphite oxide DMF solution into the powder containing DMF solution, stirring and mixing uniformly, adding 30% hydrazine hydrate, where the mass ratio of hydrazine hydrate and graphite oxide is 10:1, stirring and reacting in an oil bath at 95 degrees C for 12 hours, cooling the solution to room temperature, filtering the sample, washing using ethanol and distilled water until the filtrate is colorless, and vacuum drying at 60 degrees C.
