NOVELTY - Cathode catalyst slurry comprises 8-24 wt.% cathode catalyst, 0.5-5 wt.% dry weight of ionic polymer solution, 7-70 wt.% ultrapure water and 5-8 wt.% liquid small molecular alcohol, where the cathode catalyst comprises 20-60 wt.% platinum containing material and carbon material (remaining amount), where the solid content of the cathode catalyst slurry is 10-25 %, the mass ratio of the water and the liquid small molecular alcohol is 0.25-4, and the mass ratio of the ionic polymer and the carbon material is 0.1-0.5. USE - The catalyst slurry is useful for proton exchange membrane electrolytic water device. ADVANTAGE - The cathode catalyst slurry has high electrolytic water performance, and improves the conductivity of the carbon material, stability and catalytic activity of lifting catalytic agent.
