NOVELTY - Resin model material based on DLP type 3D printing light-curing comprises 40-65 wt.% modified base resin, 30-50 wt.% bifunctional reactive diluent, 3-9 wt.% photoinitiator and 0.5-1 wt.% auxiliary agent. USE - The method is useful for resin model material based on DLP type 3D printing light-curing. ADVANTAGE - The material has low viscosity, good shrinkage, high printing accuracy, high toughness, and excellent mechanical property. The method is simple, has mild reaction condition, and easily available raw materials, and is conducive to industrialized production and manufacturing, and reduces production cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the resin model material based on DLP type 3D printing light-curing, comprising preparing polyester acrylate, taking dibasic acid, dihydric alcohol and catalyst in a four-neck beaker, stirring until completely dissolved, adding acrylic acid and polymerization inhibitor and reacting for period of time to obtain polyester acrylate, preparing graphene modified polyester acrylate by taking certain quality of graphene in a clean round bottom flask, mixing the polyester acrylate obtained above with it, and stirring for 15 minutes with a high-speed disperser under the condition of 6000 revolutions/minute, making it mix uniformly and keeping it away from light, preparing modified matrix resin by preparing a modified matrix resin from the graphene-modified polyester acrylate and epoxy resin in a ratio of 1-2:1, preparing light-curing resin model material at room temperature, adding the modified matrix resin, photoinitiator, active diluent, and additive into round-bottomed flask according to the mass ratio, and stirring with an electric stirrer until the mixture is uniform, pouring into a container and sealing, placing it in an ultrasonic cleaner and shake, taking it out, and allowing to stand for antifoaming.
