▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene composite thermal conductive film comprises (i) mixing the graphene and carbon fibers obtained by the physical stripping method in an organic solvent to prepare a graphene-carbon fiber mixed dispersion; (ii) placing the graphene-carbon fiber mixed dispersion liquid in a magnetic field, performing orientation treatment in the horizontal direction, and removing the organic solvent to obtain the graphene-carbon fiber composite film; and (iii) clamping the graphene-carbon fiber composite film between mirror-smooth templates and vacuum pressing. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene composite thermal conductive film. ADVANTAGE - The method uses graphene obtained by a physical stripping method as a raw material thus cooperates with carbon fibers and a magnetic field and prepares graphene composite heat-conducting film with high thermal conductivity in both horizontal and vertical directions.
