▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing modified graphene/thermosetting resin composite material comprises dispersing titanium boride with hydrogen peroxide solution, reacting, washing, filtering to obtain hydroxylated oxidized titanium diboride, mixing with anhydrous ethanol, adding gamma -aminopropyl triethoxysilane, reacting, filtering, washing, and drying to obtain aminated titanium diboride oxide, adding aminated titanium diboride oxide into graphene oxide dispersion liquid, reacting, adding L-ascorbic acid, filtering, drying to obtain modified graphene, adding molten thermosetting resin and curing. USE - The method is useful for preparing modified graphene/thermosetting resin composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material: has high dielectric constant, low dielectric loss and low seepage threshold value; and has adjustable dielectric property by controlling graphene coated titanium diboride content. The method is simple and economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing modified graphene/thermosetting resin composite material comprises (a) dispersing 10 pts. wt. titanium boride with 50-60 pts. wt. hydrogen peroxide solution (35-40%), reacting at 100-106 degrees C for 5-6 hours, washing, filtering to obtain hydroxylated oxidized titanium diboride, (b) adding 10 pts. wt. hydroxylated oxidized titanium diboride into 100-120 pts. wt. anhydrous ethanol, mixing to obtain a suspension, adding 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. gamma -aminopropyl triethoxysilane, reacting for 5-6 hours at 60-65 degrees C, filtering after rear reaction is complete, washing, and drying to obtain aminated oxidized titanium diboride, (c) adding 1 pts. wt. dispersing graphite oxide into 500-600 pts. wt. N,N-dimethyl formamide under stirring condition to obtain graphene oxide dispersion liquid, adding 0.005-0.5 pts. wt. aminated oxidized titanium diboride into the obtained graphene oxide dispersion liquid, reacting for 12-24 hours at 60-70 degrees C, adding 10 pts. wt. L-ascorbic acid, reacting for 24-48 hours at 80-100 degrees C, filtering, washing, drying to obtain modified graphene, and (d) adding 100 pts. wt. molten thermosetting resin into 0.757-1.5 pts. wt. modified graphite, and curing to obtain modified graphene/thermosetting resin composite material. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for modified graphene/thermosetting resin composite material prepared by the above mentioned method.
