NOVELTY - The functional textile fabric comprises an antistatic layer formed on one or both sides of a fabric. The antistatically-resistant layer comprises a coating layer formed by coating composition containing polyurethane resin, graphene powder, dispersion stabilizer and organic solvent. The composition comprises 15 pts. wt. graphene powder having an average particle diameter of 100-200 nm, 10 pts. wt. dispersion stabilization agent, and 40 pts. wt. organic solvent in mass ratio of 1:2. The dispersion stability agent comprises potassium cetyl phosphate, magnesium aspartate, sorbate, bitan stearate and glyceryl laurate. USE - The antistatic composition is useful in textile fabric for producing clothes, preferably women's dresses. ADVANTAGE - The functional fiber fabric has excellent antistatic performance and durability, and is economical.
