▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves providing a carbon precursor film on a glass substrate. The glass substrate is laminated in manner of tightly adhering the carbon precursor membrane and a graphite plate to form a hypoxia interface. Electromagnetic induction is used under atmospheric environment to make temperature of a portion of carbon precursor membranes to convert a portion of the carbon catalyst membrane to a graphene on a surface of the glass substrate. The glass substrate is put into the human fish solution for soaking. A layer containing aggregate-containing compound is provided on the glass substrate processed. USE - Method for manufacturing a graphene glass (Claimed) for use in material surface functionalization field. Uses include but are not limited to optical, electrical, and thermal applications. ADVANTAGE - The method enables realizing large size on a surface of a glass material and ultra-fast graphene of the film. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a block diagram of a sandwich structure of a graphite plate-glass. (Drawing includes non-English language text).
