▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The electrical characteristic control unit comprises a silicon panel, in which a source and drain electrodes are connected to a silver paste and gate electrode. A field effect transistor is connected with a silicon substrate, in which a zinc oxide microwire is connected with the gate electrode. A single layer graphene is provided with a highly oriented pyrolytic graphite, in which the electromigration of the graphene is controlled with respect to the utilization of the zinc oxide microwire. USE - Electrical characteristic control unit for controlling the electronic properties of graphene. ADVANTAGE - The field effect transistor is connected with a silicon substrate, in which a zinc oxide microwire is connected with the gate electrode, and thus efficiently controls the electronic properties of the graphene, and hence enhances the operational efficiency of the electrical characteristic control unit.
