NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene polypropylene fiber spinning masterbatch involves weighing S-type high temperature disperse dye, graphene oxide powder, co-solvent, dispersant, thickener, defoamer and water, placing the raw materials in a shear dispersing mixer, dispersing, stirring to obtain homogeneous mixture, injecting the dispersed and homogeneous mixture into a ceramic nano-grinding machine, grinding under vacuum to obtain graphene dye color paste with particle size of 300 nm, stopping grinding, adding graphene dye color paste and spinning grade polypropylene chips in a weight ratio of 1:4-10 to a high speed kneader, heating, modifying, coloring, mixing at 160-220 degrees C to obtain colored polypropylene mixture, melting at 170-220 degrees C under speed of 150-380 rpm, co-extruding the colored polypropylene mixture through a twin-screw extruder, melt coloring the colored polypropylene melt, co-extruding using a screw machine, washing with water, pelletizing, drying and packaging. USE - The method is useful for preparation of graphene polypropylene fiber spinning masterbatch (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple preparation of graphene polypropylene fiber spinning masterbatch with excellent antibacterial property, antistatic property, performance, stability, dispersibility, color fastness, electrical property, durability and washing resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene polypropylene fiber spinning masterbatch involves weighing 0.5-15 wt.% S-type high temperature disperse dye, 0.3-4 wt.% graphene oxide powder, 0-3 wt.% co-solvent, 5-10 wt.% dispersant, 0.1-2 wt.% thickener, 0.05-2 wt.% defoamer and balance amount of water, placing the raw materials in a shear dispersing mixer, dispersing, stirring to obtain homogeneous mixture, injecting the dispersed and homogeneous mixture into a ceramic nano-grinding machine, grinding under vacuum to obtain graphene dye color paste with particle size of 300 nm, stopping grinding, adding graphene dye color paste and spinning grade polypropylene chips in a weight ratio of 1:4-10 to a high speed kneader, heating, modifying, coloring, mixing at 160-220 degrees C to obtain colored polypropylene mixture, melting at 170-220 degrees C under speed of 150-380 rpm, co-extruding the colored polypropylene mixture through a twin-screw extruder, melt coloring the colored polypropylene melt, co-extruding using a screw machine, washing with water, pelletizing, drying and packaging.
