▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene high-strength impact-resistant aramid fiber comprises (i) taking raw material comprising aramid spinning material, graphene material, modifier, and aqueous slurry; (ii) preparing graphene aramid spinning solution; (iii) centrifuging and demineralizing graphene aramid fiber spinning solution, loading into a reaction tank for defoaming, performing dry-wet spinning, spinning, stretching, washing, drying, dry-heat stretching, shaping, oiling, and winding to obtain graphene-aramid fiber composite fiber; (iv) placing graphene aramid fiber into the plasma reaction chamber, vacuumizing, filling nitrogen, adjusting the air pressure, taking out after the plasma treatment to obtain graphene aramid fiber with surface modified treatment; and (v) preparing coating slurry, stirring, maintaining the slurry temperature, placing the modified graphene aramid fiber into a slurry groove, sizing, drying and winding. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene high-strength impact-resistant aramid fiber. ADVANTAGE - The fiber has improved antibacterial, anti-ultraviolet and other functions.
