▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves spin coating the diluted PDMS solution on the filter paper to produce a hydrophobic paper substrate. A solution of AuNPsGO for application is created onto a hydrophobic paper substrate. A hydrophobic paper-based SERS substrate by applying AuNPsGO solution is on a hydrophobic paper substrate. Raman scattering is measured and analyzed by attaching rhodamine sixth generation 6G (R6G) molecules to a hydrophobic paper-based SERS substrate. The AuNPsGO solution for application on a hydrophobic paper substrate is created. Hydrophobic paper irradiates the mixture using a UV lamp after dispersing the graphene oxide solution in HAuCl4 solution. USE - Substrate-based surface-enhanced Raman scattering sensor manufacturing method. ADVANTAGE - The simple, fast, convenient and economical method of improving the surface properties of a paper substrate to hydrophobicity is provided. The method improves the sensitivity and reproducibility of the paper substrate-based SERS sensor can be provided.
