NOVELTY - A wear-resistant and oil-resistant insulating coating comprises 41-42 pts. wt. silica powder, 27-28 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 19-20 pts. wt. nitrile rubber, 12-13 pts. wt. polyoxyethylene oxalate, 23-24 pts. wt. modified graphene, 7-9 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 1.7-1.8 pts. wt. defoaming agent, 1.6-1.7 pts. wt. leveling agent, 1.2-1.3 pts. wt. dispersant, 1.7-1.8 pts. wt. film-forming auxiliary agent, 1.1-1.2 pts. wt. antioxidant 4020, 4-5 pts. wt. drier, 1.3-1.4 pts. wt. anti-mold agent, 1.6-1.7 pts. wt. anti-settling agent, 0.8-0.9 pts. wt. anti-rust agent. USE - Wear-resistant and oil-resistant insulating coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The insulating coating has high abrasion resistance and good oil-proof performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Wear-resistant and oil-resistant insulating coating comprises 41-42 pts. wt. silica powder, 27-28 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 19-20 pts. wt. nitrile rubber, 12-13 pts. wt. polyoxyethylene oxalate, 23-24 pts. wt. modified graphene, 7-9 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 1.7-1.8 pts. wt. defoaming agent, 1.6-1.7 pts. wt. leveling agent, 1.2-1.3 pts. wt. dispersant, 1.7-1.8 pts. wt. film-forming auxiliary agent, 1.1-1.2 pts. wt. antioxidant 4020, 4-5 pts. wt. drier, 1.3-1.4 pts. wt. anti-mold agent, 1.6-1.7 pts. wt. anti-settling agent, 0.8-0.9 pts. wt. anti-rust agent. The modified graphene is prepared by (i) adding 7-9 pts. wt. graphene, 11-13 pts. wt. sodium nitrite solution with a concentration of 1.2-1.5 mmol/L and 16-18 pts. wt. n-hexanol into one reaction vessel, stirring at a stirring speed of 110-120 rpm for 1.2-1.6 hours, adding 1.2-1.5 pts. wt. sulfuric acid solution with the concentration of 96-98%, heating the reaction vessel at 63-66 degrees C, and stirring for 1-1.5 hours at 110-130 rpm, cooling to 22-26 degrees C, carrying out centrifugal separation at a rate of 3500-3700 rpm, and drying to obtain material (A), (ii) then adding material (A), 3-6 pts. wt. acetone, 4-8 pts. wt. vitamin C, 6-9 pts. wt. nitroaniline to another reaction vessel, maintaining for 20-22 hours, and then ultrasonically dispersing at a frequency of 36-40 KHz and at a power of 1100-1300 W for 1.4-1.8 hours to obtain material (B), filtering, and drying to obtain modified graphene. The silica powder has a size of 200 to 400 mesh. The nitrile rubber has an acrylonitrile content of 31-35 wt.%.
