▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Inorganic/organic two-phase oxide graphene composite bone repair supporting material, is claimed. The bone repair supporting material is obtained by carrying out in situ mineralization of collagen/graphene matrix template by simulated body fluid method, thus preparing in situ crystallized inorganic/organic two-phase oxide graphene composite bone repair supporting material on matrix template, where mass ratio of collagen and graphene in the collagen/graphene matrix template is 1:0.01-0.04. USE - Used as inorganic/organic two-phase oxide graphene composite bone repair supporting material. ADVANTAGE - The supporting material: has good physicochemical and biocompatibility performance; is good fit for medical material of bone tissue defect repair; and has mild reaction preparation process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing inorganic/organic two-phase oxide graphene composite bone repair supporting material, comprising (i) adding graphene oxide powder into de-ionized water, carrying out ultrasonic treatment under 200 W power for 120 minutes to obtain 1 g/ml uniformly dispersed graphene oxide aqueous solution, (ii) dissolving collagen in 0.4% malonic acid, stirring uniformly until dissolved completely to obtain 0.6% collagen solution, (iii) stirring obtained graphene oxide aqueous solution with collagen solution uniformly, freeze drying and crosslinking, and (iv) crosslinking the obtained collagen/oxidized graphene matrix template for in situ mineralization, washing using distilled water, and vacuum drying to obtain inorganic/organic two-phase oxide graphene composite bone repair supporting material.
