▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A fluorinated graphene modified polymer composite film comprises polyvinylidene fluoride-hexafluoropropylene, which is dispersed with sheet-shaped fluorinated graphene, the junction of the fluorinated graphene and polyvinylidene fluoride-hexafluoropropylene forms interface region, and the sheet of the fluorinated graphene is oriented along the surface of the polyvinylidene fluoride-hexafluoropropylene. USE - Fluorinated graphene modified polymer composite film used in film capacitor for photovoltaic/wind power generation, electric automobile, and pulse power applications. ADVANTAGE - The film is fluorinated graphene polymer composite film with high dielectric constant, high breakdown field strength, and low loss. The film uses polyvinylidene fluoride-hexafluoropropylene polymer with high dielectric constant and excellent processability as substrate, and the poly(vinylidene fluoride-co-hexafluoropropylene) (PVDF-HFP) substrate has low crystallinity, which is excellent for improving the breakdown strength. The fluorinated graphene with high fluorocarbon ratio is used as two-dimensional flexible insulating filler, which can improve the breakdown performance of the composite thin film. The dielectric film effectively combines the high dielectric constant of the polymer matrix and the low loss and high breakdown field strength caused by the fluorinating graphene, and realizes the comprehensive improvement of the dielectric performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of fluorinated graphene modified polymer composite film.
