▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Detecting polyhydroxy compounds involves providing graphene oxide quantum dot solution, and mixing and reacting the graphene oxide quantum dots solution with a boric acid derivative to obtain a first mixed solution. The first mixed liquid is mixed with a sample to be tested and used fluorescence spectrophotometry to quantitatively detect the polyhydro compounds in the sample to-be tested. USE - Method for detecting polyhydroxy compounds used in fluorescent and electrochemical light emitting sensor, cell imaging and cell imaging. ADVANTAGE - The method has good selectivity and high sensitivity. It can satisfy the accurate, fast and sensitive detection to the polyol in different environments.
