NOVELTY - Preparing polymer composite material with gas high barrier property, involves subjecting graphene to oxidation modification to obtain oxidation graphene, using low-energy ball milling to mechanically mix high-density polyethylene and the oxidation graphene using a low energy ball mill. The mechanically mixed high density polyethylene is dried and granulated, and the oxidized graphene. The flat vulcanizing machine is used to press into a sheet to obtain a product. USE - Method for preparing polymer composite material with gas high barrier property in the lining layer production of oil gas conveying pipeline, where the oil gas conveying pipeline is a deep water flexible vertical pipe (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The macromolecule composite material has high gas barrier property on the basis of not affecting the mechanical property, especially it can be applied to marine oil gas flexible vertical pipe, also can be used for general gas barrier of the vertical pipe. The method for blending high density polyethylene and oxidized graphene is easy to be preparation.
