NOVELTY - Modified polypropylene melt deposition forming granules, comprises 6-10 pts. wt. graphene-molybdenum disulfide composite particles, 10-60 pts. wt. hyperbranched polysiloxane and 10-1100 pts. wt. polypropylene. USE - The modified polypropylene melt deposition forming granules is useful in 3D printing (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The granules: has high mechanical strength, high impact toughness, and strong wear resistance. The method: solves the problems of low mechanical strength, large molding shrinkage, low impact toughness, poor creep resistance and poor wear resistance of the polypropylene melt deposition forming granules compared with existing technology. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing modified polypropylene melt deposition forming granules, comprising melt mixing graphene-molybdenum disulfide composite particles, hyperbranched polysiloxane and polypropylene, cooling, and granulating to obtain final product.
