NOVELTY - Graphene reclaimed rubber foamed sole rubber particle comprises 16-20 pts. wt. natural rubber, 12-18 pts. wt. butadiene rubber, 23-27 pts. wt. styrene-butadiene rubber, 35-43 pts. wt. recycled rubber powder, 0.8-1.2 pts. wt. foaming agent, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. dicumyl peroxide cross-linking agent, 0.5-0.8 pts. wt. antioxidant and 3-5 pts. wt. graphene. USE - Used as graphene reclaimed rubber foamed sole rubber particle. ADVANTAGE - The method: has simple process, excellent wear resistance, toughness and aging resistance; and utilizes waste as raw materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing rubber particle comprising (i) adding natural rubber, butadiene rubber, styrene butadiene rubber and recycled rubber powder into the open mill for milling, (ii) placing rubber, graphene and dicumyl peroxide cross-linking agent in an internal mixer, reacting at 120-140 degrees C for 20-25 minutes, then cooling to 95-105 degrees C, adding antioxidant, continuing mixing for 5-10 minutes, adding foaming agent, mixing for 50-80 minutes, then raising the temperature to 100-120 degrees C at a rate of 5 degrees C/minutes, and discharging the mixture for 10-15 minutes, and (iii) melt extruding the material at 110-130 degrees C in a twin-screw extruder, and granulating to obtain final product.
