NOVELTY - Preparing polyurethane foam comprises (i) mixing silkworm excrement powder with polyethylene glycol and small molecular alcohol, adding concentrated sulfuric acid, and reacting at 130-160 degrees C for 2-4 hours, filtering and retaining filtrate to obtain silkworm excrement polyether polyol; (ii) dissolving rutin in formyl dimethylamine, cooling to -5 to 5 degrees C, adding sodium borohydride, and stirring for 2-4 hours, concentrating to remove formyl dimethylamine to obtain modified rutin, (iii) introducing nano-graphene oxide into deionized water, adjusting pH by aqueous ammonia, stirring in nitrogen, adding modified rutin and lanthanum chloride, heating to 90-110 degrees C, retaining for 12-16 hours, and separating by dialysis to obtain modified graphene; (iv) mixing liquefied silkworm excrement polyether polyol, blowing agent, catalyst, foam stabilizer, inorganic flame retardant, and distilled water, adding modified graphene and stirring, adding isocyanate, and pouring into mold, foaming and curing. USE - The method for preparing environmentally-friendly polyurethane foam is useful for medical device material. ADVANTAGE - The environment-friendly polyurethane foam has antibacterial property, and anti-flame retardance.
