NOVELTY - Preparing magnetic metal-organic fluoride (MOF)-graphene aerogel microsphere comprises preparing graphene oxide/hexahydrate cobalt nitrate dispersion liquid by adding graphene oxide to deionized water, and ultrasonically dispersing for 2-4 hours to obtain a graphene oxide dispersion, dissolving 2-methylimidazole in water, adding it to the graphene oxide /hexahysrate cobal nitrate dispersing liquid under vigorous stirring, where the solution is immediately changed into deep purple, and slowly stirring for 30-60 minutes, placing the obtained mixed dispersion solution into an injector, loading it on an electrostatic spraying device, applying voltage 6-10kV, placing a receiving bath at the lower portion of the injector as a receiving tank filled with normal hexane, and placing the container in a coagulating bath filled with ethyl acetate and liquid nitrogen, electrostatic spraying, separating ice microsphere and normal hexane, then freezing and drying the ice microsphere for 48h. USE - Preparation method of magnetic MOF-Graphene aerogel microsphere used in electronic device and communication system. Can also be used in electromagnetic shielding and protection. ADVANTAGE - The magnetic MOF: graphene aerogel microsphere has magnetism, it can carry out magnetic separation, and it is convenient to recycle; has large specific surface area, small density and is easy to assemble into any shape and size; and has low filling amount and good electromagnetic shielding effect. The method is simple, the operability is strong, the reaction process is stable, efficient, and can be synthesized in large scale, suitable for mass production, and has wide application prospect in the technical field of electromagnetic shielding and protection.
