▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Acrylic foam comprises a substrate layer (1), a foam layer (2) arranged on the upper surface of the substrate layer. The protective layer (3) is arranged on the upper surface of the foam layer, where the foam layer comprises 90-100 pts. wt. aqueous acrylic resin emulsion, 1-4 pts. wt. foam stabilizer, 0.2-1.5 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, and 0.9-4 pts. wt. other additives. USE - The acrylic foam is useful for preparing a sub-gram foam, which is useful in an electronic device i.e. mobile phone. ADVANTAGE - The method does not add chemical foaming agent, and adopts principle of physical foaming to obtain uniform and delicate cells. The acrylic foam is environmentally friendly, has no VOC volatilization, and ensures green ecological environment and health of operators. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a preparation method of the acrylic foam, comprising stirring and mixing the components of the foam layer, and filtering to obtain a mixed slurry, passing air into the mixed slurry through foaming device, stirring and foaming to obtain foamed materials, providing a substrate layer, applying the foaming material on the surface of the substrate layer, drying, where the surface of the substrate layer forms a foam layer, covering the protective layer on the surface of the foam layer obtained by drying, rolling, and cutting to obtain the finished product of acrylic foam.
