NOVELTY - A device comprises furnace (100) and conveyor belt (400) bearing the metal material substrate, where the internal of furnace is provided with cooling chamber (300) and reaction chamber (200), the cooling chamber and reaction chamber are connected by a through hole (500), one end of the reaction chamber is provided with the entrance of the conveyor belt, one end of the cooling chamber is provided with the exit of the conveyor belt. USE - As a device for continuously preparing graphene film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The device improves the production efficiency of graphene film; and is simple and convenient to use; is capable of continuous producing large area of the graphene film; and makes contribution for the wide application.
