DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A device comprises furnace (100) and conveyor belt (400) bearing the metal material substrate, where the internal of furnace is provided with cooling chamber (300) and reaction chamber (200), the cooling chamber and reaction chamber are connected by a through hole (500), one end of the reaction chamber is provided with the entrance of the conveyor belt, one end of the cooling chamber is provided with the exit of the conveyor belt, where when the conveyor belt moves in the cooling chamber and reaction chamber with the through hole passing, the reaction chamber is arranged with inlet of the reactant gas and heating device to heat the substrate, the cooling chamber is arranged with inlet of cooling gas and outlet of cooling gas.
