▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The switch has a graphene single layer embedded in a first dielectric layer. A thickness of the first dielectric layer and a second dielectric layer is respectively of each optical wavelength. The dielectric layers are made of uniform dielectric thin sheet with high and low refractive index, where the switch realizes low threshold optical bi-stable state. Upper and lower threshold values correspond to opening and closing trigger threshold of the switch. USE - Period-Doubling photonic crystal based optical switch for use in a full optical communication system. ADVANTAGE - The switch utilizes the Period-Doubling photonic crystal optical sub-morphology to the local of the electric field to enhance the nonlinear effect of graphene so as to reduce the threshold value of the optical double-stable state. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of a composite structure of a Palladium photonic crystal and a graphene with a sequence number.
