ADVANTAGE - The graphene/cuprous oxide composite is a high thermal conductivity filler and effectively improves the heat dissipation efficiency of the resulting liquid-cooling plate base material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of the high thermal conductivity aluminum-based liquid cooling plate base material comprising coating the polyimide precursor solution containing graphene /cuprous oxide composite on the aluminum plate and carrying out high temperature heat treatment to obtain the high thermal conductivity aluminum-based liquid cooling plate base material.
