NOVELTY - Graphene needle punched non-woven fabric comprises needle punched non-woven fabric layer and graphene layer. The graphene layer is finished and compounded on the needle-punched non-woven fabric layer through printing process. USE - The fabric is useful for preparing hot compress eye masks (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The fabric: has low energy consumption, simple process flow, easy operation and low cost; is suitable for industrial production; and has health care performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the graphene needle punched non-woven fabric, comprising (i) providing needle-punched non-woven fabric, (ii) uniformly mixing the mixed liquid and graphene at specific mass ratio to obtain graphene finishing agent, (iii) using the graphene finishing agent obtained in the step (ii) and sizing the needle-punched nonwoven fabric, and then using a printing process and performing printing treatment, (iv) arranging the needle-punched non-woven fabric printed in the step (iii) in a drying oven for drying, and(v) baking the dried needle-punched nonwoven fabric in the step (iv) to obtain the graphene needle-punched nonwoven fabric.
