NOVELTY - Preparing masterbatch involves placing 0.5-15 wt.% S-type high temperature disperse dye, 0.3-4 wt.% graphene oxide powder, 5-10 wt.% dispersant, 0.1-2 wt.% thickener, 0.05-2 wt.% antifoaming agent and balance of water in shearing and dispersing mixer, dispersing and stirring them to obtain uniform mixture. Mixture with uniform dispersion and stirring is injected in ceramic nano-grinding machine for vacuum grinding, after particle size reaches 300 nm, grinding is stopped to obtain graphene dye color paste. Graphene dye color paste and natural color nylon slice are added in mass ratio of 1:4-10 in high-speed kneader to heat, knead and modify coloring at 230-260 degrees C to form colored chinlon mixture. Colored chinlon mixture is smelted and co-extruded in twin-screw extruder at 230-260 degrees C at 150-380 rotation per minute. Colored chinlon melt is processed by melt coloring, smelted and co-extruded by screw machine and is drawn, water-cooled, pelletized, dried and packaged to obtain masterbatch. USE - Method enables to prepare masterbatch for antibacterial antistatic graphene nylon spinning (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method adopts graphene dye colorant and nylon chip for kneading and melt-extrusion. The method is simple and controllable and enables to prepare uniform and stable masterbatch that has uniform dispersion of graphene.
