NOVELTY - Reinforced aluminum-based material comprises 100-200 pts. wt. aluminum alloy substrate and 10-40 pts. wt. inorganic filler. The aluminium alloy substrate comprises aluminum-copper aluminum alloy, aluminum-manganese aluminum alloy, aluminum-silica aluminum alloy or aluminum-magnesium aluminum alloy. The inorganic filler comprises 1-5 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide, 1-3 pts. wt. graphene, 5-7 pts. wt. nano silicon dioxide and 5-10 pts. wt. boron carbide ceramic powder. USE - Used as reinforced aluminum-based material. ADVANTAGE - The material has excellent corrosion resistance, and higher mechanical strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the reinforced aluminum-based material by spraying 1-5 pts. wt. nitric acid chromium, 1-3 pts. wt. phosphoric acid, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. fluorine titanic acid, 10-20 pts. wt. polyacrylic acid resin, and 80-120 pts. wt. water as preservatives on the surface of the plate blanks.
