NOVELTY - The thermoelectric powder (10) comprises a thermal conduction material core unit (20), which has the shell section (30) having the graphene oxide coated on the core unit surface. The core unit is provided with the cutter rudite particles. A nanodot (40) originates from the thermal conduction material core unit. The shell section has the graphene oxide. USE - Thermoelectric powder for the thermal conduction material of a thermoelectric device (all claimed) for the industry and vehicle waste heat. ADVANTAGE - The shell section has the graphene oxide coated on the core unit surface, and hence enhances the thermal stability and thermal conductivity for the thermoelectric device. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a thermal conduction material for the thermoelectric device; (2) a thermoelectric powder manufacturing method; and (3) a thermoelectric material manufacture method.
