NOVELTY - A graphene/melamine resin hollow ball composite material preparing method involves preparing polyethylene alcohol aqueous solution, glacial acetic acid and pre-polymer methylol melamine, adding polyethylene alcohol water solution, glacial acetic acid and pre-polymer methylol melamine to obtain milky white reaction liquid. The milky white reaction liquid is washed with water and alcohol to obtain melamine resin. The graphite oxide and melamine resin are dispersed in deionized water to obtain graphite oxide/melamine resin compound, followed by heating and cooling to obtain finished product. USE - Method for preparing graphene/melamine resin hollow ball composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing graphene/melamine resin hollow ball composite material with unique shape and excellent property in a simple manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene/melamine resin hollow ball composite material preparing method involves stirring polyethylene alcohol with deionized water to obtain 2.0-12.0 mg/ml polyethylene alcohol aqueous solution, adding polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution with weak acid to pH of 2.0-6.0 to obtain glacial acetic acid, stirring melamine and formaldehyde solution mixture to ratio of 1:1 at 60 degrees C to obtain pre-polymer methylol melamine, adding polyethylene alcohol water solution, glacial acetic acid and pre-polymer methylol melamine at 60 degrees C for 6 minutes to obtain milky white reaction liquid. The milky white reaction liquid is washed with water and alcohol and dried to obtain white solid substance of melamine resin. The graphite oxide is dispersed in the deionized water for 6 hours to prepare 1 mg/ml graphite oxide dispersion liquid. The melamine resin is dispersed in the deionized water for 0.5-3 hours to prepare 2.5 mg/ml melamine resin dispersion liquid. The graphite oxide dispersion liquid and melamine resin dispersion liquid are mixed to ratio of 1:1 and subjected to freeze-drying process to obtain graphite oxide/melamine resin compound, followed by heating the graphite oxide/melamine resin compound at 0.5-5 degrees C for 0.5 hours under argon protection gas and cooling at room temperature to obtain black graphene/melamine resin hollow ball composite material.
