NOVELTY - Polyethylene control cable filler comprises e.g. 25-30 pts. wt. chlorinated rubber, 12-18 pts. wt. chloroprene rubber, 8-13 pts. wt. modified polystyrene butadiene copolymer, 5-12 pts. wt. modified celestite powder, 0.3-0.6 pts. wt. modified glass fiber, 4-10 pts. wt. zinc dimethyldithiocarbamate, 3-9 pts. wt. 1,1'-(tetrathiodicarbonothioyl)-bis-piperidine, 0.6-1.5 pts. wt. alkylphenol disulfide, 1-4 pts. wt. polypropylene glycol, 2-6 pts. wt. magnesium stearate, 3-8 pts. wt. calcium acetate, 1-7 pts. wt. aluminum hydroxide, 1-5 pts. wt. nano graphene and 1-4 pts. wt. carbon black. USE - Used as polyethylene control cable filler. ADVANTAGE - The polyethylene control cable filler has excellent thermal conductivity, excellent flame-retardant performance, and high temperature resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Polyethylene control cable filler comprises 25-30 pts. wt. chlorinated rubber, 12-18 pts. wt. chloroprene rubber, 8-13 pts. wt. modified polystyrene butadiene copolymer, 5-12 pts. wt. modified celestite powder, 0.3-0.6 pts. wt. modified glass fiber, 4-10 pts. wt. zinc dimethyldithiocarbamate, 3-9 pts. wt. 1,1'-(tetrathiodicarbonothioyl)-bis-piperidine, 2-5 pts. wt. hexamethylolmelamine hexamethyl ether, 0.6-1.5 pts. wt. alkylphenol disulfide, 1-4 pts. wt. polypropylene glycol, 2-6 pts. wt. magnesium stearate, 3-8 pts. wt. calcium acetate, 1-7 pts. wt. aluminum hydroxide, 1-5 pts. wt. nano graphene and 1-4 pts. wt. carbon black, modified polystyrene butadiene copolymer is prepared by mixing 25-30 g polystyrene butadiene copolymer, 10-15 g vinyl acetate and methyl-3-pentenoic acid, stirring at 122-128 degrees C for 2-3 hours, then adding 12-15 g polyamide resin and 3-6 g attapulgite clay, stirring at 136-138 degrees C for 4-5 hours, adding 1.8-3.6 g gamma -mercaptopropyltriethoxysilane, trihydroxy polyoxypropylene ether, 0.6-1.5 g trimethylsilyl imidazole and dimethyloctadimidate dihydrochloride, and stirring at 180-185 degrees C for 1-2 hours to obtain to obtain modified polystyrene butadiene copolymer, modified celestite powder is prepared by mixing 22-28 g celestite and 6-10 g clay, calcining at 650-660 degrees C for 4-5 hours, crushing, grounding into powder, soaking with 10-15% hydrogen peroxide solution for 5-6 hours, washing with deionized water, drying, adding 0.2-0.6 g deoxycytidine triphosphate sodium salt, 0.4-0.48 g ethyl ricinoleate, 0.35-0.45 g n-butyl glycidyl ether and 0.23-0.36 g ethyl 4-cyclohexanone carboxylate, stirring at 3000-4000 revolution per minute, reacting at 45-55 degrees C for 1-2 hours, cooling and drying, and modified glass fiber is prepared by ,mixing 35-46 g glass fiber, 1-4 g manganese acid resin, 3-9 g triphenylphosphine resin, (3-aminopropyl)diethoxymethylsilane, 2-5 g triisopropyl borate, 1-4 g dodecasodium salt hydrate, 4-9 g castor oil, 2-7 g benzidine-2,2'-disulfonic acid and 0.2-0.8g calcium chromate, heating at 910-950 degrees C for 40-55 minutes, cooling, drying and grinding. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of polyethylene control cable filler comprising adding chlorinated rubber, chloroprene rubber, modified polystyrene butadiene copolymer, modified celestite powder, modified glass fiber into kneader, stirring for 30-50 minutes, adding other raw materials and mixing for 1-2h minutes, extruding mixed material, and curing to obtain final product.
