▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide self-sealing micro-arc oxidation film layer comprises: (i) preparing electrolyte-containing graphene oxide, where the pH of the electrolyte is 10-11; and (ii) placing the light alloy substrate in the electrolyte for micro-arc oxidation to obtain a ceramic film layer of graphene oxide sealing hole. One litre of the electrolyte contains 2-6 g potassium fluoride, 8-12 g sodium metasilicate and 0-20 g graphene oxide. USE - The method is useful for preparing micro-arc oxidation film layer of graphene oxide self-sealing hole (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide self-sealing micro-arc oxidation film layer has reduced porosity and aperture, reduced surface roughness, and has improved wear-resisting property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene oxide self-sealing micro-arc oxidation film layer, prepared as mentioned above.
