NOVELTY - Producing a nanocomposite containing graphene oxide involves diluting graphene oxide dispersions up to a concentration of 0.1-1ng/L, preparing an aqueous graphene dispersion, homogenizing surface groups for 1 hour, adding silica nanoparasite dispersion slowly to aqueous hydrochloride to obtain graphene oxide until distribution is obtained from aqueous additive oxide sheets during reaction to obtain reacted material, adding the dispersion in reacted material under stirring condition to form the separated nanocomposite, forming sheets non-covalently by washing, removing excess methyl alcohol from silica, and suspending prepared base oxide of lead. The drug is added in dispersion, encapsulated drug is separated in the nanoparticle to obtain drug-based oxide, which is further processed with N-hydroxysuccinimide and 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide to obtain final product. USE - Method for producing a nanocomposite containing graphene oxide used in pharmaceutical composition for preparing antitumor, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and antimalarial medicament (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to produce a nanocomposite containing graphene oxide, which shows a decrease in level of hemolysis, shows reduced interaction with blood proteins, which include protein family of immunological system, and prevents its early elimination from circulatory system before delivering hydrophobic drug to biological target.
