NOVELTY - Preparing aqueous epoxy resin anti-corrosive coating comprises (i) taking 60-70 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy resin, 3-5 pts. wt. bismuth vanadate/graphene heterojunction complex material, ball milling, dispersing for 1-2 hours to obtain coating mother liquid, and (ii) transferring the obtained coating mother liquor into a mixing vessel, adding 40-50 pts. wt. aqueous curing agent, stirring and mixing uniformly. USE - The aqueous epoxy resin anticorrosive coating is useful in metal protection of bridges, ship shells, power transmission towers, underground oil and gas pipelines, and painting. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous epoxy resin anticorrosive coating: is environmentally friendly; and has excellent paint film adhesion, corrosion resistance and aging resistance.
