NOVELTY - Graphene flexible packaging film comprises outer protective layer, first adhesive layer, aluminum foil layer, second adhesive layer, inner protective layer and heat sealing layer. The inner protective layer is a polyurethane modified epoxy resin layer filled with graphene, the amount of the graphene is 0.2-0.4 wt.% based on the polyurethane modified epoxy resin. The outer protective layer is a nylon layer filled with graphene, and protrusions are provided on the contact surface between the outer protective layer and the aluminum foil layer, where the protrusions are in a regular polygonal pyramid shape, and the upper surface and the lower surface of the aluminum foil layer are provided with a corrosion-resistant layer treated with passivation treatment liquid. USE - The packaging film is useful for lithium ion batteries (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The packaging film: contains polyurethane modified epoxy resin layer filled with graphene, which has increased static fracture property (increased by 53%) when compared to that of polyurethane modified epoxy resin; and has increased impact strength of 96.5%.
