▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/carbon nanotube hybrid network reinforced silicon carbide-based complex material comprises (i) using slurry containing graphene, carbon nano tube, dimethyl silicone polymer and curing agent, using 3 D printing technology to accumulate slurry, and then curing to obtain the graphene/carbon nano tube/polydimethylsiloxane oriented cubic array, and (ii) using chemical vapor infiltration process in the obtained graphene/carbon nano tube/polydimethylsiloxane oriented cubic array in situ growing silicon carbide substrate, obtaining graphene/carbon nano-tube hybrid network reinforced silicon carbide-based complex material. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene/carbon nanotube hybrid network reinforced silicon carbide-based complex material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene/carbon nanotube hybrid network reinforced silicon carbide-based complex material in simple manner.
