NOVELTY - Preparing a laser-molded graphene reinforced aluminum matrix composite material by using a selective region involves dispersing uniformly the graphene and stearic acid in ethanol, and then freeze-drying to obtain powder A. The obtained powder A, spherical silicon powder, stearic acid are sequentially subjected to liquid nitrogen quenching and vacuum ball milling in a ball mill to obtain modified graphene. The obtained ball-milling the modified graphene, aluminum powder and stearic acid are subjected in a liquid nitrogen environment in a ball mill to obtain a modified graphene-aluminum powder mixed powder, and vacuum drying. The modified graphene-aluminum powder mixed powder is used as the raw material for laser melting forming of the selected area, and the selected area laser melting molding is performed under the protection of argon to obtain the desired product. USE - Method for preparing a laser-molded graphene reinforced aluminum matrix composite material by using a selective region. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare a laser-molded graphene reinforced aluminum matrix composite material by using a selective region, which has shorten the working hours and cost, and is suitable for fields of aviation production, mechanical processing, medical treatment and household consumption.
