▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Nanocomposite material based on Titanium carbide comprises Titanium carbide, reduced graphene oxide, β-cyclodextrin-metal organic framework material, insulin autoantibodies and adhesive. USE - Nanocomposite material based on Titanium carbide for preparing electrochemical sensor for plant growth hormone detection (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nanocomposite material based on Titanium carbide has excellent specificity to IAA, realizes high sensitivity and high stability detection of IAA, and at least the detection of IAA concentration from 0.0110ng/mL is realized, and the detection limit reaches 2.88pg/mL (S/N=3). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a modified electrode, which comprises an electrode and a material modified on the electrode, where the material modified on the electrode comprises a Titanium carbide-based nanocomposite material; (2) a method for preparing a nanocomposite material based on Titanium carbide, which involves mixing Titanium carbide and reduced graphene oxide to prepare Titanium carbide-Reduced graphene oxide composite material, mixing β-cyclodextrin and metal materials to prepare β-cyclodextrin-metal organic framework materials, mixing Titanium carbide- Reduced graphene oxide composite material, β-cyclodextrin-metal organic framework material and adhesive to obtain composite nanomaterials, adding IAA antibody on the dry composite nanomaterial surface to obtain the Titanium carbide-based nanocomposite material.
