NOVELTY - A transparent conductor comprises graphene layer, and permanent dipole layer on the graphene layer to electrostatically dope the graphene layer. USE - Transparent conductor for solar cell, organic light emitting diode, touch panel, or display (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The conductor has high transparency, low sheet resistance, excellent mechanical supporting layer, high efficiency, and low power consumption; and is flexible and capable of roll to roll fabrication. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for fabricating transparent conductor. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing is a schematic diagrammatic view of a graphene-permanent dipole layer hybrid structure as transparent conductor.
