NOVELTY - Preparation of a graphene electrode material involves treating natural flake graphite with a strong acid, ultrasonically processing at 900-1000 degrees C for 6-8 hours in an ultrasonic reactor, washing and drying. USE - Preparation of graphene electrode material for supercapacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method produces two-dimensional graphene electrode material with good electroconductivity, large specific surface area, adsorption active point, and provides supercapacitor with excellent capacitance performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of super capacitor, which involves using graphene-based polyaniline as working electrode, platinum metal as counter electrode, saturated calomel electrode as reference electrode, sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide as electrolyte.
