NOVELTY - The capacitor (100) has a capacitor body (110) formed with a set of dielectric layers and a set of internal electrodes. A pair of external electrodes (130, 140) includes a conductive layer formed on opposing ends of the capacitor body, a conductive resin layer for covering the conductive layer and a reduced graphene oxide (RGO) layer formed between the conductive layer and the conductive resin layer. The RGO layer is continuously formed on the conductive layer. The capacitor body includes first and second surfaces (1, 2) opposed to each other and third and fourth surfaces connected to the first and second surfaces (3, 4). USE - Multilayer ceramic capacitor for use in a board (claimed) in in-vehicle electric components and information technology (IT) industries. ADVANTAGE - The internal and external electrodes are provided with the conductive layers to be connected to each other through the dielectric layers, thus preventing occurrence of lifting phenomenon at an interface between the internal and external electrodes and preventing deformation of the capacitor body.
