NOVELTY - High-barrier, anti-ultraviolet, environmentally friendly ink comprises 16-24 pts. wt. aqueous acrylic resin, 12-20 pts. wt. aqueous amino resin, 4-10 pts. wt. pigment, 40-50 pts. wt. deionized water, 2-4 pts. wt. dispersant and 2- 6 pts. wt. modified cerium dioxide. The modified cerium dioxide comprises graphene oxide, coupling agent and cerium oxide with the weight ratio of 2:(2-3):(0.5-1). USE - The high-barrier, anti-ultraviolet, environmentally friendly ink is useful for flexible packaging. ADVANTAGE - The ink has high barrier, anti-ultraviolet performance, and higher anti-migration ability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a preparation method of high-barrier ultraviolet resistance-friendly ink for soft package, comprising (i) dissolving the coupling agent in water to obtain coupling agent solution, adding the cerium dioxide into the coupling aqueous solution agent, stirring and reacting for 4-8 hours, filtering to obtain the solid and drying to obtain the solid; (ii) adding the graphene oxide into absolute ethyl alcohol and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain graphene oxide dispersion liquid; (iii) mixing the solid obtained in step (i) with the graphene oxide dispersion obtained in step (ii) to obtain mixed solution A, stirring the mixed solution A under the ultrasonic condition for 3-5 hours and low temperature freeze-drying to obtain the modified cerium dioxide; (iv) mixing and stirring the aqueous acrylic resin, aqueous amino resin, pigment, deionized water and dispersant to obtain the dispersion B; and (v) mixing and stirring the modified cerium dioxide obtained in the step (i) and the dispersion B in the step (ii) to obtain high-barrier ultraviolet resistance friendly ink for soft package.
