▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene/zinc oxide negative electrode material, involves adding graphene to deionized water, adding additive, placing in an ultrasonic cleaning machine for 1-2 hours to obtain graphene suspension, adding modified zinc oxide, stirring and dispersing to obtain a mixed solution, transferring the mixed solution to a hydrothermal reactor, reacting at 100-240°C for 5-25 hours, cooling to room temperature, cleaning 2-3 times using water and ethanol, drying to obtain a graphene/zinc oxide composite, calcining under inert atmosphere at 300-700°C for 2-4 hours, and cooling to room temperature. USE - Preparation of graphene/zinc oxide negative electrode material for zinc-based battery. ADVANTAGE - The method uniformly dopes zinc oxide with metal compound by hydrothermal reaction, which greatly improves the capacitance, electrical performance, and cycle performance of the negative electrode material, modifies the surface of electrode material with oxidizing gas, forming fluorine/chlorine compound on the surface, which improves compatibility with electrolyte solution, reduces side reactions, and improves the cycle performance.
