NOVELTY - An electro-less nickel graphene composite layer and a method of manufacturing the same are provided. The electro-less nickel graphene composite layer includes an electro-less nickel (Ni) layer and fillers, wherein the fillers are dispersed in the electro-less Ni layer. The fillers may be graphene or oxide thereof. The electro-less nickel graphene composite layer has improved electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, and ductility.
