NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-metal oxide composite powder material comprises mixing graphene oxide in metal salt solution under ultrasonication and/or agitation, standing supernatant liquid, drying to obtain graphene oxide bulk material intercalated with metal ion and heating graphene oxide bulk material intercalated with metal ion at 400-600 degrees C for 20 seconds to 60 minutes. USE - Method of preparing graphene-metal oxide composite powder material used for power battery, supercapacitor, energy storage battery, electronic material, communication material, catalytic material or biomedical material. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple operation, low cost, environmental protection and mass production.
