NOVELTY - Preparing conductive filler, comprises: (i) preparing graphene oxide by adding mixed acid to potassium permanganate, uniformly mixing, adding graphite powder, stirring, preserving heat and reacting, washing reactant, adding water and hydrogen peroxide, uniformly stirring, allowing to stand, washing precipitate, and drying; (ii) preparing reduced graphene oxide by adding water to graphene oxide, ultrasonicating, adding reducing agent, stirring and reacting; (iii) preparing functionalized silicon dioxide by mixing coupling agent and anhydrous ethanol, stirring and mixing, adding deionized water, uniformly stirring, adding silicon dioxide, stirring, and drying; (iv) preparing modified graphene by dispersing functionalized silicon dioxide in anhydrous ethanol, adding reduced graphene oxide solution, stirring, centrifuging, and drying; and (v) adding modified graphene in deionized water, ultrasonicating, then adding auxiliary agent, mixing, grinding. USE - The conductive filler is useful for preparing antistatic coating and in anti-static field on non-insulating piece surface (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The conductive filler has excellent weather resistance, corrosion resistance, and conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing conductive filler, comprises: (i) preparing graphene oxide by adding mixed acid to potassium permanganate, uniformly mixing, adding graphite powder, stirring, preserving heat and reacting, completing reaction, washing reactant, adding water and hydrogen peroxide, uniformly stirring, allowing to stand, washing precipitate, and drying to obtain graphene oxide; (ii) preparing reduced graphene oxide by adding water to graphene oxide prepared in step (i), ultrasonicating, adjusting pH, adding reducing agent, stirring and reacting, and washing the reactant to neutral to obtain reduced graphene oxide; (iii) preparing functionalized silicon dioxide by mixing coupling agent and anhydrous ethanol, stirring and mixing, adjusting pH, adding deionized water, uniformly stirring, adding silicon dioxide, stirring, washing, and drying to obtain functionalized silicon dioxide; (iv) preparing modified graphene by dispersing functionalized silicon dioxide prepared in step (iii) in anhydrous ethanol, adding reduced graphene oxide solution, stirring, centrifuging, washing to neutral, and drying; and (v) adding modified graphene in deionized water, ultrasonicating, then adding auxiliary agent, mixing, grinding to obtain conductive filler. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: a conductive filler, prepared by the above-mentioned preparation method. an antistatic coating, comprising conductive filler 5-10 pts. wt., 100-500 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 0.5-1 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. leveling agent and 10-15 pts. wt. curing agent. preparing the antistatic coating, comprising mixing conductive filler with acrylic resin, respectively adding antifoaming agent, dispersant and leveling agent, ultrasonically dispersing for 30-60 minutes, adding curing agent, uniformly mixing, and curing for 30-60 minutes to obtain the antistatic coating.
